We offer a one stop solution for all commercial and residential property services. We have qualified / accredited engineers located around Croydon, Surrey and the South East.
We offer an extensive number of services and take on small reactive jobs through to major refurbishment projects. We currently work for a number of large letting agents and property management companies as well as a number of private landlords and commercial property owners.
Works can be quoted with detailed proposals sent through to our clients soon after our team has attended. With decades of experience in the commercial and residential property market, we are able to utilise this knowledge and buying power to offer our clients a quality ‘value for money’ job.
Our work is fully insured and we have taken the time to develop both quality and safe working practices that are documented and regularly audited.
